Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain before start date) Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Prior experience in a hospital or similar medical setting preferred

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time hours, with potential rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Administer inhalation therapies, oxygen, and medications following physician orders Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery devices Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests Assess, monitor, and record patient responses to therapy Provide patient and family education about respiratory health and equipment use Participate in emergency response situations including code blues or rapid response calls Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive clinical atmosphere, access to ongoing training, and experience in advanced respiratory interventions.
