at Precision Resource, Inc. in Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States Job Description You'll Have 4-day work week, Mon-Thur, with voluntary overtime available. Will train how to set-up and troubleshoot each, including: grinders, beltsanders, presses, and basic CNC machines, etc. Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently. Move parts bins on and off pallets. Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools. Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work. Accurately record production into work center. Participate in continual improvement teams and activities. Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping. Very reliable and punctual work attendance. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent plus hands-on mechanical aptitude and skills. Manufacturing experience ideal but any mechanical related experience with basic math skills may qualify. (Experience working on cars is very applicable) Must understand, speak and write basic English; bilingual Spanish ideal. We're willing to train.
