Job Description

Pay:

$19•22/hr (based on experience & shift)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Full-Time | All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Join a Team That Moves Industry Forward American Bearings is a trusted manufacturer serving critical industries with high-quality bearing solutions. Located in Elgin/Carol Stream IL , we are currently expanding our team and looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to operate machinery and support daily production. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow your career in manufacturing, we offer a strong foundation and clear path for advancement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Maintain accurate production and quality records Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Follow all safety, quality, and company policies on the shop floor Work collaboratively with team leads, quality inspectors, and other operators

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Ability to read and follow instructions, measurements, or simple blueprints Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Punctual, reliable, and ready to learn Available to work Monday through Friday on any shift Open for

Overtime Pay & Schedule:

Pay Range:

$19•22 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

Shifts Available:

1st

Shift:

7:00 AM•3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM•11:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM•7:30 AM

WEEKLY PAY!
