Hiring Event Interview Process:

Complete internal application, testing(math, english and dexterity), and a panel style interview.

This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour . What you should be good at High School diploma or GED preferred. 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Proficient in reading and interpreting standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating manuals. Strong practical judgment with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately. Competent in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Skilled in manual dexterity, with the ability to efficiently produce various products in a work cell environment. Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting. What you can look forward to
