This position involves machine operation, quality inspection, material handling, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate threading/thread-rolling machinery according to established procedures. Load and unload parts and materials from the machine. Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts using gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure they meet specifications. Check threads for proper size, shape, depth, and overall quality. Identify defective or out-of-spec parts and make appropriate adjustments or notify a supervisor. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep the machine and work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Perform routine machine checks and assist with basic troubleshooting. Maintain consistent production while meeting quality and safety standards. Work as part of a team to meet department production goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
