Hiring for Machine Operator in Franklin, IN! Shift & Pay rate: Rotations days :12 hour - 6:55pm - 7:00am Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality and efficiency Set up machines according to production specifications and guidelines Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment Load raw materials and ensure smooth production flow Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability Work Environment Manufacturing or warehouse setting May require standing for long periods May involve exposure to noise, dust, or moving machinery Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required 6 months of experience or more required.
