Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

$17-$18 per hour
Shift:
1st and 2nd shift What's the Job? Mixing powder-type materials and products according to ingredient lists Handling large bags of powder mix, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Climbing platform ladders to access different levels within the plant Maintaining quality control standards during the mixing process Following safety protocols and wearing required safety gear such as steel toe shoes and safety glasses What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year experience in finish work manufacturing or related field High School diploma or GED required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including manual lifting and standing for extended periods Ability to follow detailed ingredient lists and mixing instructions Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned, dirty environment involving manual labor Ability to work overtime as needed What's in it for me?
