Job Description
Danzer Veneer Americas, a member of the Danzer Group, is one of North America's leading manufacturers of quality hardwood veneers. The Danzer Group is the world's largest manufacturer of hardwood veneers. It is an international conglomerate of companies which process high quality woods for decorative purposes. This family-run company has been producing hardwood veneer and lumber as well as trading in round logs and timber for over 70 years.
We are currently seeking:
SAWYER TRAINEE
The primary focus will be to learn all aspects of our saw mill operation including log receiving, and saw filing, etc.Successful candidate must have:
- Self-motivating/reliable.
- Strong communications skills.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Lifting skills
- Familiar with saw mill operations
- Computer skills We are willing to train the right candidate for this position.
