POSITION INFO
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to support injection molding operations by setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting molds and equipment to meet safety and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. 3rd
Shift:
11:00p - 7:30a
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate injection molding machines to meet quality and production goals Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble molds and components Perform mold changes and ensure proper setup according to production schedules Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Troubleshoot issues with molds, machines, and processes Train and support team members on safe handling, setup, and maintenance procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow and promote safety standards including lockout/tagout and equipment operation All other dutites as assigned
EXPERIENCE
Experience with plastic injection molding and mold maintenance strongly preferred Knowledge of materials such as ABS, PVC, or CPVC a plus Mechanical aptitude with ability to read diagrams and schematics Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and material handling equipment Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physically active tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
