Job Description

Job Summary Pro Resources is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join a production team as Composite Technicians. No previous composite or industrial experience is required—we will train the right candidates! This is a great opportunity to learn a specialized manufacturing skill and become part of a growing, close-knit team. Available Positions 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime is currently limited but may vary based on production needs. Temp-to-hire after 520 hours Essential Duties Lay carbon fiber material into molds according to work instructions. Prepare materials and molds for production. Follow established production processes and procedures. Vacuum bag parts before they are placed in the oven. Inspect parts for quality throughout the lay-up process. Perform repetitive hands-on production tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety and quality requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. No previous composite or manufacturing experience required. Reliable and dependable with good attendance. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with your hands. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Willing to learn and accept feedback. Able to work well as part of a small team. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for most of the shift. Ability to perform repetitive work with your hands. Ability to lift 40-75 lbs., with heavier lifting required at times. Ability to perform physical production tasks safely and efficiently.
