Be part of a team that builds products designed to help people live life better. What You'll Do As a Holecut Saw Operator, you'll play a vital role in prepping our spa shells for plumbing by: Using pneumatic drills and hole saws to cut openings for jets, lights, and controls Sanding fiberglass edges and ensuring material thickness meets specifications Performing minor fiberglass and acrylic repairs Wearing a full-face respirator and Tyvek suit while on duty (PPE provided) What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Willingness and ability to receive respirator clearance Comfort working with tools and power equipment Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs with assistance Team-oriented attitude and attention to safety and detail Fiberglass or manufacturing experience is a plus Why Master Spas?
