Job Description Machine Panel Operators Monday - Friday | Monday-Friday shift 10:00 pm-6:30 pm | Pay starting at 20/hr/hr Machine Panel Operator Requirements Set up/Adjust machine components based upon customer orders/work order specs. Complete appropriate paperwork and provide accurate information related to waste, downtime, machine maintenance, and efficiency. Run machine to produce product to fulfil customer order. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

Experience:

6 - 12 months of related experience. Experience with small hand tools and simple machine controls Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Ability to train on 2nd shift 3 PM- 1 AM M-F for approx. 1- 2 months, then transition to 3rd shift High School Diploma or GED required Pre-employment job screenings. About the Machine Panel /Operator Role As a Panel Operator, your responsibilities will include: Ability to identify production defects and make machine adjustments as needed Ability to periodically check product to ensure quality by using a measuring tape, machine caliper, and gauges Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and follow all safety procedures.
