Primary Purpose:

Setup, adjust, maintain and operate converting machine W+D and all associated equipment.

Job Duties:

Setup size change for current product lineProcess W+D Flexo PlatesPerform machine troubleshooting as requiredOperate high speed envelope converting/printing machineOperate motorized power equipmentPerform TPMs as requiredAble to replace and set rotary knifes Able to maintain 5S and a safe work environmentUnderstand and perform Color ManagementUnderstand and use personal protective equipment (PPE)Use test and gauge equipmentAble to perform other duties as assigned by supervisorAble to work with computer and automation equipmentAble to work with solvents, oil and greaseAbility to work from heightsUse hand and power tools

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
