Plastics Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator Helper to join our plastics manufacturing team. This position supports machine operators and production supervisors to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn multiple aspects of the production process. Responsibilities Assist machine operators with daily production activities. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Report to your workstation on time and ready to work each shift. Monitor products for quality and pay close attention to detail. Work closely with supervisors and machine operators to meet production goals. Learn and operate multiple machines and production processes through on-the-job training. Move materials and finished products as needed. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently when required. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to train and become multi-skilled on various machines and equipment. Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus. Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. Benefits Full-time schedule with a 4-day workweek.
