Job Description

AppleTree Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Operators to join a growing production team. This entry-level manufacturing role provides the opportunity to learn multiple processes, operate equipment, and develop skills while producing quality parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Learn and operate various manufacturing equipment within assigned department Make minor equipment adjustments during production runs to maintain quality standards Follow setup sheets, work instructions, and blueprints to produce parts to specifications Perform quality inspections and identify defects or issues Complete production paperwork and accurately record scrap or rework Move completed parts to the next operation Follow established procedures to ensure consistent production results Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Operate hand jacks and safely handle materials Follow all safety procedures and use required
PPE Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred Tube or sheet metal fabrication experience a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment Ability to read tape measurements, calipers, and blueprints Basic understanding of decimals, fractions, and shop math preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift or longer Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance Ability to safely load, unload, and move parts throughout production areas Why Apply?
