All Occasion Tent Rental is a full-service tent and party equipment rental company. We provide a variety of party rental equipment for all events, large or small, including: tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, stages, and more. For 30 years, All Occasion Tent Rental has been a family owned and operated company in Indianapolis, IN. Our team is family friendly, high energy, hardworking, and dedicated. JOB DESCRIPTION
All Occasion Tent Rental is seeking a tent operator. If you are seeking an independent work experience where you take control, this job is for you! You are responsible for helping set up/tear down tents, tables, and chairs. You will be working as part of a team to accomplish these tasks in a timely and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pulling Orders from warehouse Loading and unloading trucks Deliver, set-up, take-down and pick-up equipment for parties and other events Clean, maintain and organize equipment in warehouse Willing to work a flexible schedule during busy season, which will include occasional nights and weekends (Busy season is April through October) Maintain accurate delivery and return records Perform other duties as requested. Serve as an excellent company representative
Qualifications Requirements Include:
Timely and dependable Good communication skills: Ability to provide, understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or demonstrated form Must have a full range of motion and dexterity - be able to stoop, crouch, bend, lift, lower, reach, twist, pull, push, cart and carry items Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 70 lbs.) frequently Must have a valid driver's license Knowledge of area roads and ability to adjust route in response to traffic or weather conditions
