Lafayette, IN Pay:

$18.00-$21.50 per hour #INDHP We're looking for dependable and motivated Assembly Workers to join our growing team in the Lafayette, Indiana area. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production schedules and meet daily goals. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
