Lead Technician / Mechanic- Field Equipment Repair

Job Summary The Field ProTech1 Lead works to ensure the assigned technician team creates a positive customer experience. The Field ProTech1 Lead motivates and inspires the technician team by creating an environment that promotes personal development, positive communication, learning, training, purpose and bonding of team members. They have the ability to independently manage the assigned team, provide direction and training to maintain, diagnose and repair at a proficient level of all classes of equipment and products while communicating service department processes or workflow improvements and ideas to the assigned team and dealerships service managers. The Field ProTech1 Lead will consistently display abilities in leadership by taking charge of service situations or issues and help to resolve with the assigned team. General Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling, monitoring, and managing workflow for theteam to achieve goals that contribute to customer satisfaction and growth of the company. Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees,customersand management in a cooperative,supportiveand courteous manner Work with Service Manager and Field Service Support Supervisors to coach and lead team members, taking ownership of assigned team Help organize team members to complete assignedwork load Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner". Educational/Job Requirements High School Graduate or Equivalent, Tech School Preferred Valid Driver's License Proficient with Computer/Tablet skills 2 years' mechanicalexperience preferred The ProLift Team Our associates have the opportunity for personal and professional growth as well as a long-term career.
