17.00/hr Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Huntington, IN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have mechanical aptitude, and are looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts, components, and finished products according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment. Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Measure, fit, and position components during the assembly process. Identify defective parts and report quality concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals. Perform other manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
