Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical skills, and commitment to precision will contribute significantly to our manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and play a vital role in delivering top-tier products to our customers. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming systems. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machinery like Fanuc controls, CNC programming systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist in packaging finished products for shipment. Conduct quality control checks throughout production using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure specifications are met. Maintain detailed records of production activities, machine settings, and inspection results; adhere to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency with CNC programming, CAM programming, and Fanuc control systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and fabrication tools. Ability to read blueprints accurately and utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks for design interpretation. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers for quality assurance. Experience with factory operations including materials handling, assembly line processes, welding, tooling setup, and packaging. Familiarity with factory safety standards and the use of hand tools in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for machining tasks. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality control; previous warehouse or manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
