Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated General Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, contributing to the seamless operation of our assembly processes. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic factory setting, supporting the creation of high-quality products through precise assembly work. Assembly Laser Denester Brake Press Operation Shipping Job Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently based on training. Read and interpret blueprints, part specifications, and work instructions. Load/unload materials, stage containers, and prepare products for the next operation. Maintain equipment work areas, including cleaning scrap trays and keeping production areas organized. Accurately record production and labor data using company systems. Perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate production documentation. Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures, including defect prevention and waste reduction initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and report any safety concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production equipment experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic computer skills required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under supervision while meeting safety and quality standards. Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
