Machine Operator Location:

Muncie, IN Pay Rate:

$16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Requirements 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (automotive manufacturing preferred).

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and able to adapt to changing production needs.

Willing to pass pre-employment WorkKeys testing (Reading, Math, Locating Information, and Observation). Job Duties Assemble and package parts on a production line.

Operate manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, grinders, presses, and test stations.

Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Read blueprints and follow work instructions.

Set up, change over, and perform basic maintenance on machines.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).

Support quality inspections and troubleshoot production issues.

Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing procedures.
