Mixing Tech I Fearless Innovative Food Company, LLC New Albany, IN Job Details Full-time From $18.50 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Moving Loading Food preparation Industrial equipment Electric pallet jack Full Job Description Job Summary Work in sync with the raw/Rheon production room to supply dough and filler mix within an appropriate time frame. Product is mixed according to fixed and prescribed formulas and electronically recorded for data keeping and quality purposes. Reports to either immediate mixing supervisor or Production Manager. Performance Dimensions and Tasks Time Spent (%) 1. Preparation 30% Prepare both dough and filler ingredients using scales, scoops, buckets, and pitchers according to the prescribed formulas to ensure quality results. Remove filler products from barrels using scoops and/or industrial pumps. Move new pallets of ingredients into the mix room as necessary using either manual or electronic pallet jacks, in addition to dollies as necessary. Check labels and Lot numbers prior to usage of new pallets. 2. Mixing 30% Blend ingredients within industrial mixers for a prescribed length of time and in sync with the needs of the raw production room. Transfer product from the mix room to the production room within a timely fashion. 3. Physical 30% Lift product ranging from 15 to 90 pounds regularly throughout the day. Pull dough from mixers in batches up to 150 pounds. Use carts and dollies to move product as necessary. 4. Sanitation 10% Clean work environment after production in preparation of the next day, including equipment and software. Ensure workplace meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
