Report to Rheon Supervisor. Performance Dimensions and Tasks Time Spent (%) 1. Communicate 20% Pay attention to pan loaders so that full racks may be moved away from Rheons and into proofers. Ensure Pan Unloaders in the oven room know when proofing ends and racks are moved into ovens. Know when breaks occur in Rheon room to assist as needed. 2. Physical 40% Push racks of product weighing up to 525 pounds into proofers. Open and close both proofer and oven doors. Use caution when pushing racks into ovens to avoid unnecessary burns. Load racks into proofers and ovens with care to maintain product integrity. 3. Equipment 25% Operate proofers and open oven doors for rack entry. Set timers on proofers. Retrieve pans in Rheon room from auto-panners occasionally. Load pans into auto-panners frequently. Retrieve empty racks from Pan Unloaders and return to Rheon room. 4. Sanitation 15% Clean work environment after production in preparation of the next day, including equipment and software. Ensure workplace meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Drain hoppers during cleaning or the changing of product as specified. Break down machines as instructed after training.
