Full Job Description Line of Business:
Cement & White About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate color blending and material handling equipment to produce cement products that meet quality specifications. Monitor mix formulations, production processes, and inventory levels to ensure efficient terminal operations. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support safe and reliable production. Load, unload, and transfer raw materials and finished products while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a productive workplace. What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain product quality and blending accuracy. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn terminal processes, equipment, and operating procedures. Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced industrial environment. Dependable work ethic with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Must be able to certify forklift operation-training provided, Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 94lb bags. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer $34.12 per hour. Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
