Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Shift Set-Up Specialist, working exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays to ensure smooth and efficient preparation for upcoming production runs. This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to contribute to a seamless manufacturing process. As a key player in our weekend operations, you will be responsible for setting up machinery, organizing materials, and ensuring all equipment is ready for optimal performance. Your dedication will help us maintain high standards of quality and productivity from the very start of each shift.
Schedule:
Fridays (6:30 am - 5:00 pm) & Saturdays (7:00 pm - 3:00 pm) Responsibilities Prepare and set up manufacturing equipment and tools according to production schedules and specifications Inspect machinery and work areas to ensure safety protocols are followed before operation begins Organize raw materials, components, and supplies needed for the upcoming production runs Perform routine checks on equipment to identify any issues that may impact performance or safety Collaborate with team members to communicate setup requirements and address any immediate concerns Document setup procedures, adjustments, and any issues encountered during the process Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or equipment setup is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving materials Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Basic understanding of safety standards related to manufacturing environments Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for weekend shifts Join us on weekends where your proactive approach and dedication will directly impact our production success!
