Job Type Temp-to-Hire Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion or hose manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality tubing and hose products. This role ensures all production meets company specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion or hose manufacturing machines Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to maintain product quality Load raw materials and monitor material flow throughout production Inspect finished products and verify measurements using calipers, gauges, or micrometers Troubleshoot equipment issues and report inconsistencies

Pay:

$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

EST Experience or Skill Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (plastics, extrusion, or hose production a plus) Ability to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and measurements Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Skills:
