KP Blender/Batcher What You'll Do Execute daily blending and batching schedules based on production needs Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate ingredient mixing and product consistency Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards during batching and processing Verify raw materials and batch components meet specifications prior to production Perform and support sanitation processes throughout blending operations Monitor processes, identify variances, and take corrective action or notify leadership Accurately complete production documentation and batch records Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and team members Support cross-functional operations as needed to maintain production flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED preferred 6-12 months of food manufacturing, batching, or blending experience preferred Basic math and measurement skills for batching accuracy Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and problem-solving skills Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
