Manufacturing Operator

Sirius Staffing is urgently hiring multiple Manufacturing Technicians/Operators in Lenexa, KS. We are looking to fill both day and night shifts. Facial hair that interferes with respirator use is not permitted. Full-time, permanent positions within 3-6-month conversion to direct, depending on needs

Schedule:

12-hour shifts Days or nights, 7-730 Orientation is 2 days, 8a-4p, then will transition into the assigned schedule

Pay Rate :

$22/hr days $24.20/hr nights This role is within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and involves working in a clean room environment. Extensive on-the-job training is provided. While the process is standardized, each batch of the dried powdered product is unique, offering variety and challenges in daily tasks. Employees are provided with personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities:

Processing:

Load chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, operate equipment interfaces for blending/milling/post-blending, and monitor automated processes.

Packaging:

Prepare materials and pack powdered products into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles, etc.).

Cleaning:

Break down and set up equipment (e.g., hoses and piping using gaskets/clamps), spray rooms, and sanitize equipment.

Documentation:

Use basic computer skills to document work accurately and read/write legibly in English.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality (lab) settings. Basic computer skills. Ability to complete paper-based documentation. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and maintain good attendance. Must be clean-shaven. Sirius Staffing Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
