• Up to $1,000 Total $500 at 2 weeks $500 at 90 days Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer as a Packaging Technician in a hands-on, team-based production role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following clear processes, and taking pride in quality work.

What You'll Do:

Operate packaging and production equipment (start-up, basic adjustments, quality checks) Complete production and batch documentation accurately Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety standards Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred (regulated environment a plus) Strong attention to detail and safety Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills Ability to follow written procedures Ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Analytical, scientific, and mechanical trouble shooting skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Good computer skills; Strict attention to detail and safety; Ability to lift 25 pounds on an intermittent basis. Working knowledge of aseptic technique; Understanding and awareness of USDA regulations, SOP's, and SPP's.
