Job Description We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As aMill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for: Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities

As aMill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for: Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM Standards Learning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
Weigh-Up Batches:
Following process order of addition.Shift auto and manual steps
Mix Batch:
Dischargingpigment and operatingmixer safely; following and adheringto all INX Mixer SOP's Hockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipmenteffectiveness) standards Creatingand maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing times Canning Operatingthe following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift Acting as a QC liaison, providingink samples, makingink adjustments, and recording data Completingscheduled maintenance,and troubleshooting procedures Helping with repacksQualifications To perform your job as expected, you will be required to: Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired; Have 3 months of work related experience Demonstrate good math and basic computer skills, Have attention to detail Be reliableto work assigned shift Be flexible to work overtime as required Have a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background. Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams.
