Key Qualifications:

Good mechanical ability Superior trouble shooting skills Ability to perform routine machine maintenance Quick learner Problem solver Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, figure footage etc) Detail oriented Self-starter Good working knowledge of computers and windows based software a plus Schedule and Compensation Three rotating monthly shifts Possible Saturday overtime Shift premiums "Pay For Performance" The ideal candidate will be a team player who is goal oriented, possesses a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
