Located in Kansas City, KS, we are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our growing team. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality issues. Meet daily production and performance goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work with team members and supervisors to support production needs. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Strong work ethic with reliable attendance. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands and arms to assemble and handle parts. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
