This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient product delivery, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description for the Machine Operator Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with team members to review tasks and safety requirements. Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and competency levels. Maintain and monitor equipment performance, reporting any problems, malfunctions, or deviations. Plan and perform routine maintenance activities for equipment at the designated location. Ensure equipment and production processes meet operational demands and schedules. Assist in maintaining shop equipment and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational processes. Participate in equipment failure investigations when required. Apply manufacturing system principles and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Required for the Machine Operator Ability to identify electronic components Experience operating: Screen printers, Pick-and-place machines, Reflow ovens Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP or similar systems Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team-based manufacturing environment Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Education for the Machine Operator High school diploma or GED required HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
