In this role, you will support the manufacturing process by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and packaging of finished products. Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and productivity. Assist with basic troubleshooting to help minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or move throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing, production, operations, laboratory, or GMP experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Work Environment This position works in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Pay Details:
