• What You'll Do
• + Operate manufacturing and production equipment + Package and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met + Perform routine quality checks + Complete production and batch documentation + Follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) + Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Qualifications
• + High School Diploma or GED required + Manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and quality + Basic math and documentation skills + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Preferred Experience
• Experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, machine operation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food production, medical device manufacturing, or other regulated production environments is a plus.
