Job Description

DTC Workforce Management is hiring near you in Sabetha ,KS. •Referral Bonus $150 per referral •Perfect Attendance Bonus $200 for 1st 30 Shifts then another $200 2nd 30 Shifts. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our growing team in a fast based production environment for animal foods! As an Production Associate you will be expected to set-up, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with minimal instruction. You shall also be expected to calibrate major and minor ingredients according to established procedures and control the proportioning of such ingredients.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
Read and understand floor travelers and batch sheets assigned, as well as any other documentation needed for each production SKU. Maintain work areas and equipment in an organized, clean and working condition. Prepare minor ingredients, operate related equipment. Be able to safely troubleshoot mechanical problems during production and to immediately identify problems during production, i.e., material shortage, quality issue, etc. Set up die plates in a safe manner according to established safety procedures. Must be capable of learning all tear down procedures, as well as cleaning practices for related equipment. Responsibility to identify and communicate food safety and/or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel. Monitor all
HACCP / FSMA
programs and be trained to immediately notify Quality Technician and Production Supervisor when parameters are not met. Work in the most effective, efficient and safe manner at all times. Responsible for monitoring a preventive control measure, in this position's absence, refer to 'In Case of Absence' above.
