Job Summary A Packaging Operator opportunity is available in Sabetha, KS for candidates with manufacturing, production, packaging, or food and beverage production experience. The Packaging Operator is responsible for bagging finished product according to standard operating procedures and facility requirements. Candidates who are dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
- Bag finished product according to facility SOPs, production standards, and packaging specifications.
- Safely operate equipment and tools associated with assigned packaging duties.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas through good housekeeping practices.
- Follow standard operating procedures and communicate opportunities for improvement when identified.
- Report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, food safety concerns, or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel.
- Perform assigned duties efficiently while supporting a respectful and team-oriented production environment. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $15 to $16 per hour.
