$26.54 per hour The Packaging Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by performing equipment changeovers, quality inspections, cleaning and inspection activities, production reporting, and basic troubleshooting. The Packaging Operator is expected to demonstrate ownership of assigned equipment, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, maintain accurate production records, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. In this role, you will: The Packaging Operator will play a key role in the operation and performance of packaging equipment while ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards. Equipment Operation & Production
+ Safely operate packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
+ Perform Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication ( CIL ) activities and Centerlining (CL) tasks to maintain equipment performance.
+ Complete equipment setups and product changeovers efficiently and accurately.
+ Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the production process.
+ Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and correct minor equipment abnormalities or escalate issues when necessary.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Lead or Manager. Production Reporting & Documentation
