Full-Time Schedule Information 1st shift 5:00 AM-3:30 PM Assembly Associate Requirements General knowledge of assembly processes and tools Proficient computer skills Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to safely operate general assembly tools and equipment Familiarity with DFT techniques preferred NCCER certification preferred High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for temporary placement Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Key Responsibilities Assemble and inspect parts, subassemblies, fluids, and accessories used in lift-truck production. Assemble drive axles, power trains, side shifters, header hoses, overhead guards, lights, hydraulic tanks, brakes, steering columns, cowls, tires, and seats. Use general assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow established assembly processes, work instructions, and production requirements. Use the BAM documentation system to access and complete required production information. Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Identify and report quality, equipment, or production concerns. Follow all PPE requirements and equipment-safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support daily production goals and perform additional assembly duties as assigned.
