Covington, KY Assembly Associate Requirements/Qualifications Ability to work at a fast and consistent pace. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Comfortable working on an assembly line. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures. About the Assembly Associate Role As an Assembly Associate, your responsibilities will include: Build and assemble cardboard displays. Perform assembly-line production duties. Assemble products according to provided instructions. Maintain a consistent production pace throughout the shift. Inspect completed displays for quality and accuracy. Stand throughout the workday while completing assigned tasks. Keep materials and work areas organized. Follow established production and safety procedures.
