Erlanger, KY Department:
Manufacturing / Production Reports to: Production Supervisor /
Plant Manager Schedule:
Full-time, hourly
Starting Pay:

We're hiring Machine Operators who want to take ownership of their work, learn new technology, and grow with us. This isn't a corporate job — it's a calling. Position Overview The Machine Operator safely and efficiently sets up, runs, monitors, and troubleshoots production equipment across our product formats — stick packs, capsules, canisters, and bottling. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role hits daily throughput and quality targets while maintaining GMP and safety standards, and offers hands-on exposure to automation, robotics, and growth into lead and technician roles.
Essential Job Functions Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily production and quality targets.
Quality Assurance:
Perform in-process quality checks, verify fill weights and counts, and ensure products meet specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve common equipment issues on the floor, escalate complex problems, and minimize downtime.
Changeovers & Maintenance:
Complete line changeovers, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance within target timelines.
GMP & Safety:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, SOPs, and safety procedures; maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
Documentation:
Accurately record production data and quality checks, and report deviations promptly.
Other Duties:
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support operational objectives. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time on-site schedule. Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new machinery and technology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Hands-on problem solver who takes ownership — solutions, not excuses. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Eligible to work in the United States. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required. Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus; we'll train the right person.
