• Install precision parts in the machine tool bed casting. Including units, ball screws, and linear guides
• Inspect and clean casting.
• Install precision parts on machined casting
• Verify parallel of linear guides and ball screws.
• Install precision units on machine tool
• Operate overhead crane to move machine tools, install heavy items
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Requirements of the Machine Operator
• 1st shift 6am-2:30pm M-F + Saturdays
• Must pass a 10 panel drug test
• Must be self-driven
