    • What You'll Be Doing:
    • ✅ Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently ✅ Follow work instructions and safety procedures ✅ Perform routine machine inspections and maintenance checks ✅ Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures ✅ Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards ✅ Troubleshoot and report equipment or production issues ✅ Track production numbers and communicate with supervisors ✅ Assist with assembly and general production tasks ✅ Safely handle materials and parts up to 35 lbs.

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $40456.
    00 - $44000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.     Responsibilities:
    Safely run and oversee manufacturing equipment to meet daily output goalsPerform work in accordance with documented processes, operational guidelines, and safety standardsComplete routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance activities to support reliability and uptimeVerify product quality by measuring components with precision tools and confirming they meet specificationsRecognize equipment, quality, or safety concerns and escalate issues as neededDocument production activity and share operational updates with leadership throughout the shift
