Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule Information Monday-Friday 11:00 PM-7:30 AM 3rd shift Must train on 1st shift for approximately four to six weeks Training hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Mixing Operator Requirements High school diploma or GED required Two to three years of recent manufacturing experience required Previous chemical-mixing and material-weighing experience Excellent reading and basic math skills Ability to follow formulas, measurements, and written production instructions Ability to train on first shift before transitioning to third shift Ability to stand frequently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and product quality Dependable attendance and punctuality Steel-toed shoes required Commitment to chemical-handling, PPE, and workplace-safety procedures Key Responsibilities Measure and weigh materials according to production formulas. Mix chemicals and slurry according to established instructions. Operate and monitor assigned production machinery. Load and unload parts and materials. Verify measurements and ingredient quantities for accuracy. Monitor the mixing process and report production or quality concerns. Follow all chemical-handling and workplace-safety procedures. Use required personal protective equipment. Maintain accurate production records as required. Keep the mixing and production areas clean and organized.
