Essential Functions Replace Team Leader in their absence or fill in for as needed on a day-to-day basis Follow standard operation procedures, on various assembly lines in the respective job area Inspect work and equipment as called out on Work Instruction Manual Report any equipment abnormalities/problems to Line/Group Leader Maintain a clean working area Needs to advance to Team Leader Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs) Be multi-functionally skilled; any job assignment should be able to be performed in the respective job area, Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as required in the Work Instructions, Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts as needed to meet schedule requirements, Good understanding of the Toyota Production System, Ability to be active in kaizen activities, and Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Minimum Qualifications Education Requirements HS Diploma required
