Job Description

Seeking Machine Operator in the Henderson, KY area. Duties include loading materials, programming or adjusting machine settings, monitoring the machinery during operation, performing quality checks on finished products, and performing routine maintenance. Customstaffingservices.com

Pay Ranges:
$18.00-$20.00 BOE
  • Temp-to-hire
  • 1st or 2nd shift availability Key responsibilities Machine setup and operation : Program or adjust settings on CNC machines, load raw materials, and ensure proper alignment for the cutting, drilling, or shaping process.
Blueprint and design interpretation : Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to ensure the final product meets all specifications. Quality control : Inspect finished parts for defects, measure them to ensure they meet tolerances, and perform test runs. Maintenance and troubleshooting : Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation to keep production running smoothly. Safety and cleanliness : Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Required skills and qualifications Proficiency with machine operation High school diploma or GED is often required, with preference for those with shop and computer programming courses. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong math skills are essential. Familiarity with measuring tools is crucial for quality checks.
