Job Description
Position Summary Owns finished-goods packaging and bulk inventory management for flower SKUs. Manages packaging line throughput, label accuracy, and packaging-room compliance. Coordinates closely with Fulfillment on outbound orders. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily packaging runs for flower SKUs (various weights: 1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g as applicable) Manage bulk flower inventory: receive from Harvest, allocate to packaging runs, reconcile balances daily Verify packaging artwork, labels, and lot codes match approved specs before each run Oversee state-compliant labeling: warnings, batch numbers, cannabinoid content, expiration Direct 4-6 packaging production technicians; assign and balance workload Maintain packaging room sanitation and equipment per SOP Manage packaging material inventory (jars, bags, exit bags, labels); reorder per par levels with Inventory Coordinator Track packaging
