Machine Operator

Essential Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely Load and unload steel materials into machines Monitor machine operation and product quality Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain production flow and meet daily production targets Keep work areas clean and organized Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors•Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read tape measures and production paperwork Strong work ethic and attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus•Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Frequent lifting and movement of steel materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment COM009 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
