$18.00/hour Schedule Information Monday-Saturday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Flow Wrap Machine Operator Requirements Manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine-operating experience preferred Ability to monitor machinery and identify wrapping or sealing problems Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to make basic machine adjustments when trained and authorized Strong attention to product quality and packaging accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal production instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Commitment to workplace safety and equipment-operating procedures Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the Doboy flow-wrap packaging machine. Wrap and seal cartons according to production requirements. Inspect finished cartons for proper wrapping, sealing, and overall quality. Adjust machine heat settings and operating controls as needed. Monitor product flow and identify machine or packaging problems. Change machine rollers according to production requirements. Clean machine fins, rollers, and surrounding equipment. Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and production issues. Follow all machine-safety and workplace procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform additional packaging and production duties as assigned.
